HI99131為便攜式防水型pH和溫度測定儀，專用于電鍍槽酸度測量。HI62911雙透晰膜平頭pH電極易于清洗，也可避免溶液中固體物質附著在電極上。電極采用鈦金表面涂層，讀數穩定，堅固耐用。電極頭采用Teflon最大化了接觸表面，強化了測量響應速度和穩定性。此外，電極也可直接測量溫度，無需單獨配置。內置信號放大器，可有效消除外界干擾。指示標識指導用戶進行逐步操作，具有穩定指示標識。讀數鎖定功能，便于記錄數據。電池使用時間長，開機后，儀器會顯示電池電量。另外，BEPS(低電量防錯系統)可防止由于低電壓造成不精確的讀數，儀器在8分種不用后自動關機，節電模式。
